Nazzareno Lumina, a motorcycle racer from Pianico, near Bergamo, began racing at the age of just six on mini bikes, winning his first trophy in 2001. After years of growth in youth competitions, he claimed national recognition in 2015 by winning the Polini Italian Cup in the Vespa 135 cc category.
Following a long break and difficulties in securing sponsorship, he made his return to racing in 2023 with Scuderia Norelli, competing in the Dunlop Cup 600 aboard a Kawasaki Supersport.
His comeback was a triumph: he won races at Misano and Cremona, and clinched the overall championship title by the end of the season. In 2024, he has continued to perform consistently, earning multiple podium finishes and establishing himself among the top riders in the Supersport 600 category.
Today, Lumina stands as a symbol of perseverance and determination: from mini bikes to a national title, overcoming physical and financial setbacks, he continues to pursue his dream of competing at the highest level. He will be at the starting grid of BRL European Cup!
