VITTORIO IANNUZZO TO LINE UP FOR THE FIRST ROUND OF BRL EUROPE IN CREMONA

A major name in Italian motorcycling is ready to return to the grid: Vittorio Iannuzzo will take part in the first round of the 2026 Bagger Racing League European Cup, scheduled for May 23–24 at Cremona Circuit.

For Iannuzzo, this is not just a special appearance, but a true return to the atmosphere of racing. After several years away from competition, while remaining fully active in the motorcycle world as an instructor, collaborator and industry professional, the Italian rider will once again put on his racing suit to face a completely new category.

Bagger racing represents a unique reality within the European motorcycling scene: imposing, powerful and spectacular machines, deeply connected to American racing culture, but increasingly capable of winning over European fans thanks to their mix of show, technique and adrenaline.

Vittorio, welcome to BRL Europe!

“First of all, I would like to once again thank Bruno Sandrini for his availability and for the opportunity he and the team are giving me. Bruno and I have shared many experiences in the past, and today I still consider him a friend, as well as a great enthusiast.

What do you expect from the race weekend?

“Honestly, I don’t know. It has been almost ten years since I last took part in a real race. I still ride bikes, I run courses, I work as an instructor and collaborator, but racing is something different. When Bruno first suggested this experience to me, I was a little hesitant, also because this is a type of motorcycle I have never ridden before. But then we said to ourselves: let’s try it.”

Are you ready to become a bagger racer?

“I am curious to understand what it means to ride a racing bagger. I have read a bit about them and seen one up close, but I still don’t really know what to expect. Those who have tried them told me they are very fun, powerful bikes, and much closer to the concept of a race bike than one might imagine. I will have to learn quickly during the Cremona weekend. I am also curious to meet the other riders and discover this world, which is quite new to me. I am sure this will be a top-level championship, but also one full of passion. And it is exactly this passion that convinced me to get back in the game.

What’s your goal for the weekend?

“The main goal is to enjoy myself. Then, once I am there, if there is also the chance to achieve a good result, I certainly won’t hold back.”

Vittorio Iannuzzo’s debut in BRL Europe adds even more interest to an already highly anticipated weekend. The Cremona round, scheduled for Saturday, May 23 and Sunday, May 24, will officially open the 2026 Bagger Racing League European Cup season and bring to the track a category capable of combining spectacle, sound, power and motorcycle passion.

For the public, it will be an opportunity to see racing maxi-baggers up close, as well as riders and teams ready to deliver an event with an international flavour, with Cremona Circuit serving as the stage for the first major appointment of the year.
