BAGGER RACING LEAGUE EUROPE: THRILLS AT THE NÜRBURGRING, DOUBLE WIN FOR RUBÉN XAUS
A spectacular weekend in Germany for the Bagger Racing League. The European series dedicated to American-style motorcycles thrilled the crowd at the Nürburgring with two action-packed races, both won by Rubén Xaus after two exciting battles all the way to the finish line with Andrea Tomio and returning rider Andrè Pires, who was part of the leading duo during the opening laps of the race.
AN INCREASINGLY INTERNATIONAL GRID
A high-level international field of riders lined up in Germany, with Japan’s Takeshi Ishizuka, already a leading figure in the Endurance World Championship, standing out among the American motorcycles. James Ellison also delivered a strong performance. The former MotoGP rider improved lap after lap in his first outing on the Team Lord’s Performance Harley-Davidson, and in the closing stages of Race 2 he managed to challenge the lap times of the more experienced Japanese rider.
ATTANASIO CLAIMS THE SILVER CLASS
The Silver classification (reserved for Gentlemen Riders) went to Marco Attanasio, rider and team manager who perfectly embodies the true philosophy of the BRL: giving everything on track while enjoying the sense of community in the paddock.
VETTOR AND ROŽKALNS: FROM THE TRACK TO SOCIAL MEDIA
Those same emotions were also experienced by the two rider-content creators Maurizio Vettor and Garix Rozkalns, who shared their experience aboard the American monsters and will continue to tell the story of their weekend over the coming days, while also proving competitive on track.
GRAND FINALE IN JEREZ
The next round of the BRL European Cup will take place on the weekend of 31 October and 1 November in Jerez de la Frontera, Spain, for the championship finale, which will be accompanied by a major two-day motorcycle gathering. The event will represent the culmination of the Bagger Racing League Europe project and will allow visiting bikers and spectators to access every area of the paddock.
